• Unsafe driving below 60%

• Controlled substances/Alcohol below 75%

For insurance:

1. Commercial General Liability Insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 in the aggregate
2. Cargo Insurance Coverage of  $100,000
